The Robert Fraser Marine Ltd business model

Upon an independent approval and recommendation of a research, a new individual company is formed with an expert board of directors and consultants for each identified project, to raise subscription capital to carry out the search by the assembly of the following:-

• an Identified target – targeted, focused, documented, quantified as valuable and commercially viable;
• the Research File – the best that can be bought at a cost to reflect its quality and value, identifying;
• the Search Box – scientifically identified by experts in the relevant fields, as the likely location of the target, to be searched under;
• the Ship Charter Search Contract for a vessel and crew for a specified time to cover the search area, utilizing;
• Search Equipment with Specialised Personnel, to include side scan sonar, magnetometer and other technology contracted for the same duration as the ship charter, the search operating under;
• a Search License (where applicable) granted specifically for the target by the relevant government or body in whose waters the target lies, all under;
• a Participation Agreement for the division of success proceeds.

In each project there is closure, retaining the proceeds of a successful search without being committed to go on to the next. Robert Fraser Marine Ltd. with its associated companies and advisors, expects to continue producing a series of marine based projects, where negotiations will be opened with potential participants (ship owners, Research File owners, equipment owners, investors, license holders etc.) to agree terms on the merits of the project and for joining the assembly.
