COLIN EMSON was co-founding partner in 1967 of the specialist tax, insurance, investment consultancy and financial marketing firm, Emson & Dudley. He has been the Managing Director of the Robert Fraser Group since 1979, dealing with commercial loans and merchant banking, corporate finance, property investment hotel and development finance. He has also been Chairman of Sterling Trust Ltd. since its acquisition in 1989.

 

JOHN FARRELL MA (Cantab) started his banking and corporate finance career in 1969 with Morgan Grenfell & Co. He was subsequently with Bank of New York for twelve years and from 1989 to 1993 he was with Unibank Plc, Denmark's second largest bank. He joined the board of Sterling Trust Limited in 1994 as an executive Director with a number of commercial interests and is chairman of Robert Fraser Corporate Finance Ltd. (Member of FSA)

 

NICHOLAS PILBROW FCA ATII was with Arthur Anderson & Co. in 1968 specialising in International taxation. He established his own practice as a Chartered Accountant in 1971 as tax consultant to a number of UK individuals and companies. He has developed a number of specialist tax strategies and has been associated with the Emson & Dudley and Robert Fraser companies since 1973. In 1985 his practice included venture capital and other projects and during the 1990's he also specialised in Lloyd's Names settlements of liabilities and has subsequently been working full time with the Robert Fraser associated firms.

 

JOHN BOTTOMLEY is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators having qualified in 1972. From 1968 to 1974 he was a senior manager of the secretarial department at PricewaterhouseCoopers (formerly Coopers & Lybrand) and from1986 to date has been a director of the Robert Fraser & companies, Sterling Trust, Emson & Dudley and is Company Secretary and Treasurer to a number of private and public companies. He is located at the group registered offices and is an associate of the firms corporate solicitors Messrs Sprecher Grier Halberstam.

 

CATHERINE HUDSON graduated with a Sales and Marketing Degree from the American University in London and subsequently was appointed head of marketing for the Brazilian Brewery Brahma in the UK. She successfully developed and managed a sales team for two years before leaving to join the Robert Fraser Group in 1996, as a business development executive. She was appointed Director of Emson & Dudley Ltd. in 1998 dealing with business client liaison, administration and management.

 

HENRY EMSON joined Robert Fraser and Partners in 2008 and became a Partner in 2010.   He is predominantly responsible for project finance and operations overseeing marine and mining interests. He holds a CISI Certificate in Corporate Finance and previously spent three years as Director of Bridgehouse International specialising in International property development and finance.  Prior to this he spent two years in commercial property investment and asset management.
