We act as a clearing house for investment projects and ideas brought to us either direct by an existing contact or shareholder, or by referral from one such person or corporation. Once a project has cleared a full due diligence undertaking completed by our team, with additional specialized assistance from our consultants and specialists (shareholder or contact) who hold experience and expertise in the relevant sector or field, our corporate team assemble the appropriate structure and vehicle for syndication. Robert Fraser has a long history of acquisition financings and holdings and the present co-parties have an established track record of success in co-ownership investment over the last three decades.
